This year the Electron Microscope Unit of the University of Limpopo will host the

48^th Annual Conference of the Microscopy Society of Southern Africa (MSSA).

Technical Forum News

The following topics have been suggested as themed sessions for Technical Forum at MSSA2010:

1. Three dimensional reconstruction in electron and light microscopy – TEM Tomography, in-situ microtome of sections, ion beam slicing etc?
2. Modern developments and applications in cryo-preparation in biological electron and light microscopy?

I invite comments and suggestions on these topics. Suggestions for speakers are also invited.
