There are normally 3 executive committee
meetings per year, where the matters of the society are discussed. These
meetings are normally held around March, August and December.
At the annual conference, held each year
in December, the society hosts its annual general meeting as per the
constitution of the society. This meeting serves to inform MSSA members of the
status of the society. A presidents report is given as well as a detailed
financial report by the treasurer. From there various topics of interest are
covered including voting in the new members of the EXcom.
The time and venue for the AGM are printed in the Conference program.
Should you wish to have any topic of interest, to the society,
covered at any of these meetings, it is advisable to contact any committee
member to have this added to the Agenda.
The records of each meeting of the
executive committee and AGM are kept by the Secretary and a copy of the minutes
of each previous AGM meeting are made available at the following AGM.
If you require any back issues, please contact the secretary for
hard copies.
